Paloma immediately put me at ease and is so kind and easy to talk to. I hadn’t been a member of a gym for a really long time, and felt intimidated and nervous about what to do and where to start. After a few weeks with Paloma I feel comfortable and confident using the gym and able to navigate my way round the machines. It’s also been great to have a plan and know how to progress rather than doing the same thing each time. And it’s helped to have more information about nutrition and protein in particular, to support my strength training.

I started working with Paloma in September 2025. I am carrying an injury on my right knee and Paloma has given me training programs that are tailored to deal with this, which has been super helpful.

Her training programs are varied and always interesting, and the 1-1 sessions that we have cover a lot of other exercises as well which I find is both fun and keeps me motivated. I get a holistic experience with Paloma - so on top of strength and fitness there is also a nutrition component as well as regular check-ins.

The session times fit well with my schedule and this helps me to maintain a positive mindset - I now see workouts as necessary ‘me’ time, rather than just another thing to tick off the to-do list. There is also a weekly member’s newsletter that helps with issues like getting over humps and how to stay motivated. As a personal trainer Paloma is knowledgeable, friendly and supportive - would definitely recommend to others.
